Mark McNulty is an internationally recognized Hall of Fame business and executive coach, consistently ranking in the Top 100 worldwide, and the owner of an award-winning ActionCOACH Business Coaching firm. Mark was inducted into the ActionCOACH Hall of Fame in 2022 and has won numerous awards locally, regionally, and globally. He is an international conference speaker, a Top 50 Coach, and a North American Firm of the Year winner. Mark’s experience includes 20 years in the electronics industry with both closely held private companies and Fortune 500 companies. Mark led large international multi-disciplinary teams in the development of complex software products and systems across various sectors, including government, defense, oil & gas, and transportation. For the past two decades, he has coached businesses in a multitude of industries and sizes, from start-ups to multi-generational companies and those exceeding $300M in revenue, bringing a deep understanding of the diverse challenges each faces.
Hope Whitis
As the Client Experience Coordinator for ActionCOACH Central Ohio, Hope Whitis ensures that every client enjoys a smooth and high-quality experience throughout their ActionCOACH journey. Hope began her career in 2018 with the Walt Disney Company, where she advanced to Full-Time Coordinator of Recreation, overseeing training, safety compliance, and program development within the recreation department. After over three years of delivering exceptional guest service, Hope transitioned to an Estate Planning Coordinator position in 2021 where she guided families through the complex probate process. As the main point of contact for clients, she assisted the managing estate planning attorney by walking clients through the intake process, setting timelines, and managing their expectations.
Blair McClain

Blair McClain brings over a decade of experience in marketing, sales, and administration. Having worked in marketing for over four years at ActionCOACH Central Ohio, Blair excelled in direct and digital marketing, as well as content creation, managing multi-channel campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility. Nicknamed the “Jill of All Trades” in her field, Blair is thrilled to return to Action- COACH Central Ohio as Director of Marketing. With a Master’s in Education from Ohio University and a Bachelor’s in Public Relations from the University of Florida, Blair combines industry knowledge with practical expertise to drive impactful results.
Jeremy Vires
Jeremy Vires is the Development Coordinator at ActionCOACH Central. Jeremy’s role ensures the client is enrolled in the coaching or training program that best supports the client’s needs to ensure success. A 2017 graduate of The Ohio State University, Jeremy has focused much of his career on assisting small businesses. He has a diverse background that includes four years as an Account Executive at LexisNexis Legal, where he honed skills in account management, sales, customer relationship management, professional mentoring, and business strategy. Jeremy also worked asa Digital Marketing Consultant at RevLocal, where he specialized in digital strategy, SEO, and customer experience. With a track record of helping hundreds of businesses nationwide, Jeremy is now dedicated to driving growth and success for local business owners in central Ohio.
